1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the sentinel-xai.com website, operated by NavIshX Solutions. The SENTINEL-X product is self-hosted: when you run it, your systems, test data and results stay on your own infrastructure and are not sent to us.
2. Information we collect
If you submit the contact form or subscribe to updates, we receive the name, email, company, enquiry type and message you provide, plus the page you sent it from and your country (derived from your connection, not stored as an IP address). We also count page visits with Plausible, a cookie-less analytics service that does not track individuals across sites.
3. How we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange a demo or follow up on your request. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Sharing
We use a small number of providers to run this website (hosting and enquiry storage on Cloudflare, transactional email with Resend, analytics with Plausible). They process data only to provide those services. Enquiries are routed to the NavIshX team at [email protected].
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or until you ask us to delete them.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or object to how we use it. These rights apply under laws including the GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
